Full overlay
Full overlay means the doors cover most of the frame,
so you see very little gap in between.
That gives you a very clean, seamless look,
and the whole kitchen feels like one solid piece.
It looks more modern and higher-end.
That’s why most customers go with full overlay.
Inset
Inset means the doors sit inside the frame, perfectly flush.
It gives a very custom, classic, high-end look.
But:

It requires very precise installation

It’s more expensive

And over time, doors may need adjustment (because wood moves)
So it’s beautiful, but also more maintenance and higher cost.
Standard Overlay
Standard overlay means the doors don’t fully cover the frame,
so you see more of the frame.
It’s more traditional,
but not as clean or modern as full overlay.
Which one to choose?
It really depends on your style,
